looking for that plant person who can help me sell those plants, buy, organize and have fun. Martha's Vineyard is a good place for a garden center, but there is plenty of competition. - Also for the recycling- Our customers drop the pots and trays with the staff- I was worried a makeshift bin would look trashy, we are on "historic 6A". :) Our trash company is Casella. We have a regular trash and a recycle trash bin. The recycle trash bin takes paper, cardboard, plastic and glass. They do the separating. No one has taken abuse- we just started it last year and customers are still learning about it.

- I have a couple REALLY great applications from women that I could not hire because all my staff was coming back from last year. When I get to work I will put that info together for you. One lady is originally from Vermont- met her last year, she would be the first one I would have hired if I had the space. I will get back to you today. I would love to do it!!!
